Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with any tags or packaging included.

• Because many of our products are handmade or one‑of‑a‑kind, availability for exchanges may vary.

Non‑Returnable Items

To protect our makers and maintain product quality, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items

• Perishable goods

• Digital downloads

• Clearance or final‑sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
